Special General Meeting called for Wednesday 15th December 2021

There will a be a vote on the resolution in relation to the acceptance or not of the proposed £150,000 RFU Loan, for continuing the phase 2 development of the club

We will also make members fully aware of changes that need to be made to the Club’s Constitution in order for the Club to be registered with Entrust as an environmental body in order for the club to then have the opportunity of accessing grants from landfill operators.

Members are encouraged to attend this vital meeting concerning the future of the club.  Members of all categories are invited to attend and speak. However, only those who have paid their subscriptions either as a lump sum or are doing so on a Direct Debit basis and are above 16 years of age will be allowed to vote.

Anyone who has not yet paid their membership but who wishes to vote will be given the opportunity to make a lump sum payment by cash or card of their membership, provided this is received by the Club Administrator by Sunday 12th December latest.
